Constantly supervising  the customers’ financial situation in strict coordination with  the top-management and Area Managers.

Constantly keeping top-management updated about ongoing activities, highlighting eventual problems and critical issues to face.

Managing and processing orders, checking their correct fulfilment (payments and credit check).

Dealing with operative aspects (shipment, defective goods, credit notes, particular requests from clients` side)
